Diving operation

Diving is done from the Dhoni, where the diving equipment remains during the whole trip.

Dives: 16-17th The first dive, a gentle acclimatization dive, is on the day of arrival (Sunday) as long as the arrival is no later than 13 o’ clock. Monday – Friday 3 dives each, including at least one night dive. Saturday morning a dive, at 14 – 15 o’ clock arrival in the Hulumale Lagoon. Optional visit to the capital Male.
Qualification: As the maldivian diving regulations require an advanced certificate for unlimited diving, we also require PADI Advanced Level or equivalent. For cruises we recommend a minimum of 30 dives in order to be able to participate fully in the diving operation (OWD has prescribed a maximum depth of 20 m for PADI). No beginner courses, AOWD on request).
Equipment: We expect our customers to be fully equipped themselves. A limited number of rental equipment is available for exceptional cases.
